Full Journal pdf2014-04-16 House Journal Page 2517 HCR 30 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the following by the House Rules Committee be taken up as a Special Order of Business: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 30 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 145, relating to the Teachers' Retirement System, the Judicial Retirement System, and the Public Employees' Retirement System for qualified military service; and relating to the definition of "veteran" for purposes of housing, eligibility for veterans' loans, and preferences in state employment hiring. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall HCR 30 pass the House?"
